DALLAS, Texas (September 03, 2014) – Modulant, Inc. has joined the efforts of the American Heart Association by becoming a Corporate Donor for their 2014 Dallas Heart Walk. This contribution benefits the American Heart Association and advances its non-profit mission of building healthier lives, free from cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
The Heart Walk is the American Heart Association’s premiere event for raising funds to save lives from this country’s No. 1 and No. 4 killers – heart disease and stroke. Designed to promote physical activity and heart-healthy living, the Heart Walk creates an environment that’s fun
and rewarding for the entire family.
“This year’s Heart Walk goal is $5.5 million and we believe we will it’s possible through the support of the tens of thousands walkers,” comments a representative from the American Heart Association. Last year, the American Heart Association’s Dallas Heart Walk brought 55,000 walkers together to raise more than $4.7 million.
The Dallas Heart Walk event will be held on September 13th at 9:00 a.m. at the Base of Reunion Tower – Downtown Dallas. The Heart Walk is a three mile non-competitive event.
