NORTH CHARLESTON, South Carolina (January 17, 2013) – Modulant, Inc. has been awarded one of 13 Prime Small Business contracts by Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SPAWAR) in support of its Business and Force Support services. This is a Small Business Multiple Award Portfolio Pillar Contract totaling $249.9 million with a shared ceiling over the next five years, if all options are exercised. This competitive performance based contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract with provisions for Fixed Price Incentive and Firm Fixed Price orders.
