The Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (ALC) Engineering Support Directorate is the functional home office for the Integrated Engineering Support (IES) system, which was developed using the Production Data Integration Technologies (PDIT), Inc. Business Process Engine (BPE) software. IES is a web-based workflow management process used to provide Engine Support to IES interfaces with DLA through an Exchange Connection Server (ECS) and to facilitate the transfer of an electronic request between DLA and Tinker AFB, Oklahoma personnel.
