The Defense Logistics Agency’s Apparel Research Network (ARN) supply chain management system contract supports uniform clothing requirements for Army, Marine Corps, Navy and Air Force recruits at eight (8) Recruit Training Centers (RTC), as well as customers of the Kentucky Logistics Operations Center (KYLOC).   Operations for the Army, Marine Corps, Navy and Air Force consist of the issuance of new clothing to new recruits.  The KYLOC supports National Guard and Reserve Units of the Army, Air Force, Marines and Navy Seabees; as well as order satisfaction of the Army Online Ordering for deployed active duty personnel.  The objective of this order is to provide sustainment and maintenance support for the ARN systems and database in order to provide a stable, reliable, responsive and secure environment for ARN system users.  Modulant has delivered on a series of task orders and modifications including the sustainment and maintenance support for the ARN systems and databases in order to provide a stable environment for system users and technical improvements to the ARN Virtual Item Manager – ARN Supply-chain Automated Processing System.
