Interface Developer - IE III [Information Engineer III]
Position Overview
The Interface Developer will be responsible for the design, development and testing of legacy system interfaces. This person is required to have experience in the design, development and testing of computer software, preferably including experience with the following: ALE, EDI X12 Development (including translation and mapping), MQ Series, secure FTP connectivity, interface alert and monitoring development, performance stress testing, ControlM/Runbook development, and the following interface configurations: IDOC, RFC, Port, Partner Profile development. Experience in SAP/Adobe Smartforms, GUI XT and the ABAP query, CATT testing tools are desirable but not mandatory.
Required Skills
- Design, build and test of legacy interfaces following specific development standards and documentation requirements provided by the Team Lead.
- Support deployment
- Report issues and progress to the Technical Lead and corresponding Team Lead.
- Maintain weekly status reports
Required Degree/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Must possess at least 5 years of experience in interface development.
